Great tasting raw food desserts are probably responsible for getting more people excited about raw food than any other type of dish. It’s really quite easy to create amazing gourmet raw desserts that are actually great for your health.

In this 3 hour workshop, raw food nutrition expert and chef Mark Ament will teach you how make mouth watering raw food desserts.

The first part of the afternoon, Mark will discuss

  • What ingredients to use instead of sugar
  • How to make low glycemic desserts
  • Simple techniques for making spectacular looking desserts

Then together you’ll learn to make the following dishes

  • Chocolate mousse
  • Key Lime Pie
  • Organge Julius smoothie
  • Pineapple cobbler
  • Mulberry cheesecake

This class includes all instruction, a course manual and a fresh organic lunch buffet.
