Gourmet Raw Food Chef Leah Rinaldi Will Teach You How To Prepare the Following Dishes

  • Orange julius
  • Pasta with three sauces (marinara, pesto, alfredo)
  • Herb crackers
  • Balsamic vinaigrette
  • Chocolate mocha pudding

This class includes all instruction, a course manual and a fresh organic lunch buffet.
