Banana Chia Pudding Recipe

Bananas and Chia Seeds are both well known as energy foods. The wise Aztecs of Ancient Times were known to eat chias before activities that required incredible endurance. The crazy Fruitarians of Modern Days are infamous for scoffing down pounds of bananas before climbing their neighbor’s trees to pilfer them for fresh fruit. Just kidding fruitarians, we love you. I’m seriously impressed by your lifestyle and your athletic achievements. So combining these two delicious, healthy ingredients into a Banana Chia Pudding is a no brainer. Eat this in the morning and find yourself teeming with energy all day long, baby!

Gojis, Mangos and Bananas work really well together. This is one of my favorite combinations to use in Chia Puddings. And I find that coriander goes together with mango as well as chocolate and durian. Which is the single greatest food combination ever. Or wait, maybe peanutbutter and durian. Or peanutbutter, chocolate and durian! Oh man. I have a fridge full of Durian Delicacies right now so I really need to focus on this or I might get lost in the Durian Madness if I’m not careful.

Okay, Okay, Back to Business. Banana Chia Pudding Recipe. Right.

Throw some Apple Cider Vinegar in this badboy and suddenly we’ve got a nutritional powerhouse. Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the most alkalizing foods in the game, so it’s really awesome to include it in recipes, as it will improve your body’s ability to absorb the nutrients from the other foods. It’s also a great sour flavor for overall flavor balancing. From the culinary perspective, this recipe has a bit of salt, a sour, aromatics and sweetness. The one key aspect it’s missing is a fat. So if you wanna get that in the mix of this Banana Chia Pudding, a bit of coconut oil would do the job and could really deepen the flavor.

Now I’m going to go reward myself with a Chocolate Durian Mesquite Truffle….
