A nurturing retreat hidden in a tranquil village right by the ocean of South Bali, this Culinary Yoga Retreat is a perfect way to get in touch with a natural way of living! Join daily yoga sessions and workshops, enjoy surf lessons and indulge in three delicious raw vegan meals daily created and taught by amazing raw chef and culinary artist Boris Lauser, who’s trained at Matthew Kenney and Dr. Cousens Tree of Life amongst others. You will leave feeling fully replenished and relaxed in mind and body.

Amongst the many activities during the week are trips to The Big Tree Farms, a one of a kind Spirulina Farm, The Green School and a five course fine dining dinner at Five Elements. The Kura Kura Yoga Retreat where you’ll be staying is a heavenly place located at a quiet, peaceful, traditional village named Seseh.

Frauke Schroth
Frauke is a multiple trained Yoga and Meditation Teacher since 2009. She’s been training Yoga Teachers since 2016, living and working in Bali and Berlin. Frauke is known for her open, positive being and inspiring way of teaching Yoga. She combines the physical aspects of Yoga with the mystical, making it easy to understand and accessible for every level. Her honesty and empathy, along with her passion for activism, lead her to be an ambassador for both Off the Mat and Into the World and Love for Life Project. 


Boris Lauser
Since 2008 Boris has run one of the finest and most sort after private dinner clubs in Berlin. There he prepares and serves multiple courses of his delightful dishes. Since 2015 he has trained Chefs and ‘curious beings’, in raw food ‘cooking’, then in 2016 founded The Plant Based Institute together with three well-known colleagues, where they offer a 6 month long training to become a plant based chef.
