I absolutely love tomato juice. It was one of the few healthy things I tolerated, and even enjoyed, as a young whippersnapper who preferred to eat lucky charms at all meals of the day instead of even entertaining the through of putting real food, let alone fresh vegetables, into my belly. The main reason for this, in my opinion, is not a lack of intake, but a poor rate of absorption. So strawberry juice recipes are an excellent addition to any raw food diet.

When I do juice fasts I usually like to include at least one of these red juices in the mix every day, as it keeps things interesting from a taste perspective, and diverse from a nutritional perspective.
