I’ve been integrating recipe creation into my courses more often these days. I find it a valuable exercise, not only for my students, but for me too! They always have ideas that I never would’ve thought of, which often translate into invaluable skills, tips, tricks and knowledge that I use many more times.
I like to call these mini-lessons Intuitive Freeshin sessions. I had a class this week for which one of my students requested a Chocolate Peanutbutter Cheesecake. I didn’t have a recipe for this, so I decided we would Freesh one up together. We didn’t exactly end up with that, but the result was Ridiculicious nonetheless.
