Raw Blue Raspberry Swirl Cake

Do you remember those digusting yet amazing blue raspberry slushies they served at the movie theatres and amusement parks as a kid? Easily my favorite flavor of all the fake flavors they invented to get kids going bananas. Blue was my favorite color, I loved raspberries, and anything that was clearly not healthy really got me going. It’s amazing how differently I eat now than as a kid.

Anyhow. The idea of combining Blueberries and Raspberries really tickles my fancy. So I freeshed up this exquisite Blue Raspberry Swirl Cake.

I’ve also included a video demonstrating how to swirl from another swirl cake I made. The technique is pretty much the same. You can watch the video at the bottom of the page, after the recipe. One last picture to get you proper excited before we get down to business.
