I absolutely love Raw Chocolate. One of the best things about Bali is the incredible Local, Raw, and Organic Cacao Products. So needless to say, I make a lot of Chocolate dishes.
This Raw Chocolate Cake Recipe is one I developed for a student who wanted to learn how to do a Glazed cake. The combination of pure, white Coconut with beautiful vanilla bean spots and dreamy, decadent dark Chocolate not only looks stunning, but tastes heavenly. The filling is s Dark, Rich, and Sweet, and the glaze is Candidly Coconutty!
It has become one of my go to teaching recipes. Mainly because the process of pouring the glaze and letting it slowly drip down the sides of the cake makes for one of those slow motion jaw dropping drool inducing kitchen moments that I live for. They are what make my classes so enjoyable for me.
