I am a HUGE fan of sour. It might be my favorite flavor. And the combination of sweet and sour is simply divine to me. So creating a Raw Key Lime Mousse Recipe was way overdue when I made this for a dinner I had with a few friends a couple weeks ago. Needless to say, it was a big hit. The only thing that they liked more was the Chocolate Durian Truffle Cake! Or maybe I just deluded myself into thinking that…..lol ­čÖé

This is a really simple recipe and an easy way to wow your friends. Freesh it up!

      Yes Lecithin is most likely found at your local Organic / Health Food Store. Irish Moss as well, though you will be looking for it in the seaweed format, and then make the paste yourself (soak the Irish Moss over night, clean it thoroughly, and then blend 2 parts Irish Moss with 1 part Water). May I ask where you are located Bebby?

      Yes my first choice would be honey, then coconut palm nectar (as far as readily available Bali sweeteners go) and then coconut palm sugar. Date paste would also taste nice but it would ruin the color. Let me know how it goes Teresa ­čÖé
