  One of the common misconceptions about Raw Food is that there is very little variety. That it’s all salads and smoothies. This couldn’t be farther from the truth. And that is what this course is all about! In this 3-Day Workshop you will learn how to create delicious Raw Dishes from a variety of cuisines that will give you a foundation on which to build a healthy, nourishing, and satisfying Raw Food Diet. And you’ll get to eat everything we make!

Day 1: Fundamentals (Simple) Easy to Make Raw Food for Everyday to implement more vibrant food into your daily life

Class 1: 11:00am-1:00pm

  • Green uplifting smoothie for everyday
  • Pad Thai but Different
  • Broccoli with Cheddar Cheese Dressing
  • Cool Carrot Cake 

Class 2: 1:30pm-3:30pm

  • Tuscan Herb Veggie Spaghetti
  • Kale Salad with Creamy Ranch Dressing and Marinated Mushrooms
  • 3 easy Dressings
  • Pineapple Sorbet

 Day 2: Raw Food for Special Days and Party Food Part 1 (Dehydrator)

Class 3: 11:00am-1:00pm 

  • The secret of making a raw yummy vegan cheesecake
  • Raw Lasagne
  • Warm Spring Vegetable Soup

Class 4: 1:30pm-3:30pm (recommended to join class 5 for tasting)

  • Falafels
  • Raw Onion Bread
  • Coconut Bacon
  • Chocolate Mousse

Day 3: Raw Food for Special Days and Party Food Part 2

Class 5: 11:00am-1:00pm

  • Raw BLT with Onion Bread, Coconut Bacon and Sour Cream
  • Zucchini Hummus
  • Raw-B-Q Cabbage Rolls
  • Spiralling Bliss Balls

Class 6: 1:30pm-3:30pm

  • Super yummy Rice Paper Rolls with the best Hoisin sauce in the world
  • Asian Seaweed Salad
  • Chocolate Brownie with French Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Sauce

Cost

600,000 IDR/class per person 3,000,000 IDR/person for the whole course
