The Carrot Apple Ginger Spinach Protein Smoothie

Spicy, tangy, healthy and savory – but not too savory. This smoothie is absolutely delicious, and with its vegan protein powder it fills your dinner table with a complete meal replacement if you had a big breakfast. I had this today after having a few too many buckwheat banana pancakes when I woke up. Didn’t feel like lunch, but I’m not one to skip meals.
1. Wash and juice all produce
You’ll need 2 apples, 4 carrots, 1 inch of ginger, 3 cups spinach, 1 Cup water, 1 scoop protein powder and ice cubes to taste. This baby is packed with Vitamins A and K, plus a ton of fiber, magnesium, potassium, iron, Vitamins C, E and B, calcium and folate.
2. Transfer the juice to your blender, add protein powder, water and ice. Blend on high for a few seconds.
3. Drink and feel happy.
