Turmeric has a myriad of health benefits ; it’s anti-inflammatory, lowers the risk of heart disease, prevents and potentially even treats cancer, and lowers the risk of depression.
Basically, it has often been touted as THE most powerful food on the planet. It grows locally here in Bali, so I am very fortunate to have access to the fresh stuff at a very affordable price.
