Tomato Marinara Sauce

Zucchini Pasta
Wash zucchini and use spiral slicer to make zucchini pasta and marinade 10 minutes in olive oil and salt
Marinara Sauce
Soak dried tomatoes in 1 cup of luke warm water for 30 minutes
Process all ingredients except the herbs and oil in a food processesor or blender until well incorporated, but keep a chunky texture.
Add olive and herbs at the end and pulse blend to avoid overblending

Blend all ingredients, but keep a chunky texture
